If a replacement cannot be obtained within a reasonable amount of time then a refund will be completed, less shipping costs & Technical Fee & ProRation based on time in Service.

 All Controllers Must be returned to A.S.I.

We do not refund for changing your mind, ordering the incorrect part or using our part as a testing Device.

All parts come Shrink Wrapped, If the Shrink Wrap is removed and the part is returned, We Reserve the right to Repair or Exchange, as we see fit.

There is a 30% Restocking fee and shipping cost on all returned controllers.

If we supplied a pre-packaged label with your Exchange and it was utilized to return the part then  there will be a deduction from the agreed refund of all shipping costs for the return.

 This fee along with Technical Costs and In Service Pro-Ration fee will be subtracted from the final approved refund..
